Shipping Policy

UAE Delivery
Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery is AED 25, with free UAE delivery on orders of AED 150 or more.

International Delivery
International shipping is available to selected destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipment weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipping charges shown at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes or VAT that may be imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are determined by the local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. Delays caused by customs procedures are outside our control.
